The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description in preference to Federal Specification GG-P-140.
This description covers pens intended for use with template, guides, or on a scriber to produce engineering drawings, technical illustration, artwork, and lettering.
Salient characteristics:
Design; This description covers two types of reservoir pens of specified sizes.
Classification: The pens shall be of the following types and sizes and shall be furnished either singly or in sets, and shall be similar to figure 1:
